Entry Hall:
Double-doors open to a mirrored wall along the Entry Hall that accesses all rooms of the home. This bright space is lit by floor-to-ceiling view windows. Several closets along the hall provide closet and shelve storage. A wet bar with mirrored wall, glass shelving and a black granite counter is located between the Living and Dining Rooms to easily access and service either.
Living Room (24' x 17'):
A wall of glass along the rear of the Living Room lends a feeling of expansiveness and opens to a brick terrace with views of the rear gardens and the mountains beyond. A gas fireplace with green marble hearth and surround is on the inner wall and is flanked on either side by bookcases and entries from the Hall. For convenience, the fireplace is equipped with gas logs and a remote control. The 12’ ceiling has recessed lighting and a built-in sound system. The flooring is parquet.

Dining Room (15' x 12')
The parquet flooring continues into the Dining Room, that has patio doors to the brick terrace along the rear of the home. This room has views of the mountains and the 2nd fairway. Recessed lighting augments the chandelier that is hung beneath a circular skylight. An inset green marble buffet provides a service area, while shelved storage closets are hidden behind a large mirrored wall.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room (19' x 14'):
Entered through double doors from the Dining Room, the Breakfast Room has sliding patio doors to a flagstone terrace with views of the rear gardens, 2nd fairway and mountains. Sliding windows over the triple stainless steel sink share these views. There is a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the entry court, parquet flooring and recessed lighting. The Kitchen is equipped with a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, double Whirlpool built-in self-cleaning ovens, a jenn-air four-burner electric cooktop with butcher block, Thermador warming oven, U-Line wine refrigerator, KitchenAid dishwasher, and Modern Maid built-in toaster. There are many above and below-counter storage cabinets.
Laundry:
With its own powder room, the Laundry is located between the Kitchen and the Garage and has a separate exterior access to the front parking area. Equipped with a Kenmore Elite washer and dryer; both gas and electric hookups are available. An ironing board folds down from a wall cabinet.
Den (14' x 11'):
Located on the other side of the home, beside the Living Room, with patio doors to the brick terrace and rear yard, the Den has parquet flooring and is paneled in redwood. There is floor-to-ceiling shelving for books and a closet to house an entertainment center. Natural lighting enters through a round skylight.
Master Bedroom (19' x 14'):
Sliding patio doors with mountain views lead to a rose garden with brick terrace, enclosed by a privacy hedge. The Bedroom and Bath both have white wall-to-wall carpeting. There is recessed lighting and the sound system is available in this room. The his/hers Bath has a mirror behind the white marble double vanity, a tiled shower, a wrought-iron floral chandelier, a private tub room, and a walk-in closet. A second closet, with floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall panel, is entered through a pocket door from the Bedroom.
Second Bedroom (14' x 13'):
Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the cul-de-sac and entry court. White wall-to-wall carpeting covers the Bedroom and private tile shower Bath with marble vanity, wrought-iron floral chandelier and mirrored closet doors.
